On all our Incentive and Event projects, 318 provides complete project management.

We mange every aspect of your incentive or event, from the initial concept and budget right through to the wrap up report. In between, our staff have managed all the detail to ensure everything runs exactly to plan.

This means that even on overseas travel incentives we have personally inspected and approved all the travel, accommodation, ground operators, catering and activities well in advance. Other members of the 318 team have maintained the momentum of the project with regular communication by email, direct mail, phone and website updates.

When it comes to the culmination of the incentive or event, our staff are there, on the ground making sure that everthing runs smoothly and to plan. This includes handling all of the activity accounts so you don't have to worry about things like hotel bills or bar tabs.
