Incentive or Reward - Whats the difference?

To the recipient there is almost no difference.
For clarity we call programs which require a participant to reach a goal or target to receive the reward, an Incentive scheme.

Do I need a big budget to run an incentive scheme?

It really depends on what you want to achieve. We can show you haw to run an incentive program based on a fixed percentage of incremental sales. With this type of program, you have relatively small fixed upfront costs and your incentive rewards are funded by the additional sales.

What are the size limits on incentive or reward schemes?

There are no real limits other than budget. With travel incentives there are cost penalties on travel numbers under ten as you lose the discount structures and the support costs become proportionally larger.

Can you run tiered incentive programs?

We regularly design and manage incentives with several tiers of rewards. With larger travel incentives this usually means more tickets to the common destination. We do design programs for smaller groups with increasingly more exotic destinations depending on performance level reached.
