BP Solar is the largest solar panel manufacturer in the southern hemisphere and have 25 years of manufacturing experience within Australia

THE CHALLENGE

• Create a presentation of long service awards that is both memorable and different.

 

THE SOLUTION

• We staged an Oscar presentation evening. Clearly, the venue was extremely important in creating the ambience of the annual Hollywood presentation so the exclusive ‘American Club’ was chosen.
 

• As guests arrived they walked down the red carpet into a ballroom decorated in black and gold with large oscar statues.
 

• A Marilyn Monroe look alike was on hand to host the evening and help with presentations.
 

• Each guest received a small Oscar bearing his or her name as a place setting.
 

THE OUTCOME

•Client wrote to us advising that it was the most memorable, spectacular function that they had ever held in their 25 years of operation.
